  • Guest：The room was very nice. the carpet was a bit outdated, otherwise it was spacious and nice. My only issue was at the restaurant. We wanted to have breakfast there, so we asked to be on the list at the hostess stand. I said it was for 4, not realizing until my aunt showed up and her husband decided to come. I then told the hostess it would be 5 not 4, and she abruptly said, well that changed it all, now it will be a 45 min wait instead of 15. I understand an extra person could change thing, but it was her demeanor/customer service skills that were off putting. So much so, we choose to go to breakfast elsewhere.
