住客评论

Guest：No one at reception desk when we arrived in the afternoon. We could hear staff in next room so tried calling out (no bell) ?however no response. Eventually phoned the hotel so that someone would attend the reception desk. Female staff member who came out had an unprofessional manner and did not acknowledge or apologise for our wait. Male staff member who assisted us later in the day was friendlier and more professional.
Guest：Hotel was in a good location with easy access to public transport and many amenities within walking distance. The room was smaller than expected but it was comfortable enough for 2 persons. The microwave at the common dining area is quite dirty, it is best to warm up only food that is covered.
Guest：Clean, comfortable, and did the job. The room had all the basics you’d expect, nothing fancy but nothing to complain about either. Good enough for a solid night’s rest and a convenient stay. Worth what you pay.
Guest：We had another group of staff on their overseas trip and Woodroffe was the perfect stay for it. Thank you to the reservations team for making sure everything with the rooms were as required to accommodate our staff needs.
