And let me say this without exaggeration – it is one of the finest mutton dishes I have ever had in India. The meat was cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and infused with rich, authentic Andhra flavors that truly melt in your mouth. The balance of spices was outstanding: bold enough to excite the palate, yet perfectly harmonious so every bite felt soulful. It’s the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes and just enjoy the moment – a true finger-licking delight. What impressed me most was Chef Debendra’s passion and attention to detail.
