Guest：This hotel is comfortable with a great beach. It is great to relax, enjoy the simple nature in this island and relax on a short vacation trip.
Guest：Very good location for 1 week (family,friends) on vacation and/or to spend days/time at the splendid beach. Concept in Vila Baleira with additional 2 Restaurants good. Sport infrastructure for inside/outside activities enough. Prefer taxi from airport to hotel as hotel shuttle is too expensive.
Guest：The hotel is far from a 4 star hotel and needs renovation asap. 1 - The food was bad, 90% of the workers at the restaurant barely spoke portuguese and always replied with a bad attitude when we asked for something. We had to request every single day for small spoons at breakfast for the kids to eat cereals and at some point they even replied they didn’t have any. 2 - at the room, we had water coming from the bath to inside of the bedroom for 4 days and it was only fixed when I mentioned the reclamation book, instead of enjoying our vacation we were worried for 4 days about shower time because we didn’t have enough towels for everyone as they were on the floor to stop the water… 3 - there’s no map of the hotel or schedule of the hotel activities 4 - we had cockroaches in front of our door daily 5 - the bar on the beach doesn’t have a WC and to go to the toilet you need to walk more than 5 min and go inside the restaurant near the pool. 6 - also at the beach bar they announce that we can buy icecreams or bola de berlim - which are not included in the all inclusive - and then they only had 2 or 3 which almost all the kids didn’t like (Solero, etc…). 7 - there are no shadows in the beach and we had to pay between between 25-35€ per day for a combo. 8 - positive: the beach is absolutely amazing and animation team is super nice, cheers to Júlio and Madalena! My kids also loved the girls from Kids Club - Thank you!!

Honra lhe seja feita Contudo, os lugares no avi?o s?o cada vez mais pequenos e a viagem , apesar de curto tempo, é extremamente incómoda. á chegada a Porto Santo, estiveram mais de 170 passageiros "de castigo cerca de 1 hora" junto ao tapete das bagagens porque alguém teria feito desaparecer um colete de emergência de bebê. Os servi?os do aeroporto n?o deixaram sair a bagagem do avi?o sem que o colete aparecesse. Afinal apareceu dentro do próprio avi?o, entre dois assentos. N?o entendo o que que os outros passageiros tinham a ver com o assunto para terem ficada de castigo à espera de "algo t?o importante! !!!! Os transfers do operador de Porto Santo foram impecáveis. Quanto ao Vila Baleira, gostei, mas n?o é comparável ao anterior empreendimento onde fiquei em 2022 e 2023 (Pestana Colombos Resort) O quarto , no 1o piso, era muito bom, amplo e arejado, com uma ampla varanda. O pessoal era simpático e eficiente. O Vila Baleira tem 3 restaurantes : Ferrum, Atlantico e Dunas. O Ferrum, sofisticado e elegante, mas com pouca variedade, de ambiente fechado, abafado e quente O Atlantico só utilizei para os pequenos almo?os. O Dunas foi do que mais gostei, n?o só pela localiza??o (junto à piscina) mas também pela variedade e qualidade gastronómica .Tem uma boa esplanada coberta, mais aberto, arejado e adequado à vida de praia e às usufrui??o de noites quentes. O Bar da Praia, típico, mas sem quaisquer instala??es sanitárias de apoio. Tínhamos que recorrer ao canavial (????) ou aos sanitários do Dunas que n?o eram suficientes, nem dimensionados nem adequados a uma grande utiliza??o ( servia utentes do restaurante, das piscinas e do Bar de Praia) Enfim, as férias foram razoáveis apesar dos percal?os e deficiências. Agrade?o que se transmita aos diversos responsáveis os meus reparos, S.F.F.
