Guest：My wife and I checked in on a Tuesday after getting off a 9 day cruise. We arrived earlier than we had expected and earlier than check in time. They jumped right on getting our room ready, that same night my wife started getting very sick. I went to the mall, that is just down the street from the hotel, and picked up some covid test kit and found out that she had covid. The staff jumped through hoops to meet our needs, Called me cab to take my wife to the hospital, furnished bus route and schedule, extended our stay by 2 days helped with finding a drug store where i could get meds for the wife then called me a cab to get me there. There is much more that they assisted me with while there and showing concern for the wife's health. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen and service there was great. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay,
