  • Guest：酒店巴士前往园区方便，房间隔音不好
  • Guest：We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The guest laundry facilities were very convenient — they are located on the 4th and 7th floors of Towers 1 and 2, which made it easy to do laundry during our stay. Another great point was that we were able to store our luggage even after check-out, so we could go to the parks and enjoy the day without worrying about our bags. Most importantly, all of the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
  • Guest：This hotel is really great especially if you don’t have a car. The shuttles are extremely frequent and it takes 10-15 to get to each park, which is really fast. The cafe and starbucks inside the hotel is also very convenient. When we went it was very cold so the blankets were a bit too thin.
  • Guest：酒店给升级了房型，房间大，适合家庭入住。酒店有环球影城接驳车，可提前一小时入园。酒店周围有很多吃饭的地方，还有超市，很方便。
