Guest：The hotel provided us with the perfect service and experience for the purpose of staying close to the international airport as we had an early morning flight. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The restaurant had very good Indonesian food (we have not tried the western menu). Breakfast was fantastic and available from 5.30am ! The service was attentive and quick and always with a smile. Our package included a free airport shuttle which was great and on time. The value for money was excellent and I would highly recommend it.

Guest：Indonesia often has trouble having top-notch facilities, and particularly second-tier destinations like Surabaya. However, Premier Place was very nice. The facilities were clean, the breakfast was fresh and well-attended by staff. Check in, room service, and check out were all swift and easy. Everyone was friendly, well groomed, and helpful. They very pleasantly met our demands (Baby bed, high chair, etc) and were sweet and friendly to my wife and baby boy. Did not get a chance to try the swimming pool, but it looked clean, and was attended with a towel desk and an attendant. Great stay, would recommend!
