Guest：The cascita we stayed in was newly renovated, but had technical issues with the fire alarms. Our alarms went off three separate times during our four day stay - an automatic smoking fee was applied when they went off, but I was able to talk to the front desk and have it removed. Staff was overall wonderful - from front desk to pool staff. The pools themselves were gorgeous, though I would definitely recommend the main pool. If you’re hoping for a pool day with loungers I would recommend getting to the pool before 11a. The onsite restaurant was tasty and staff was very friendly. Overall - a great stay minus the technical issues with the fire alarm and the subsequent charges resulting from them.
Guest：Nicely remodeled hotel. Pool area is very nice, however loud music played is irritating. A couple of housekeeping glitches—one day the coffee was not replenished and washcloths were not provided. Another day the trash was not emptied. None of the problems were biggies but should not be part of an upscale hotel experience. Overall a very enjoyable place to stay in Scottsdale.
Guest：Only one food option and it was very good but very expensive. We enjoyed our stay and overall a good experience. We’d go back again when less construction going on. It wasn’t a deal breaker but made parking difficult. Need more options for a quick snap or vending machines but that’s my opinion. Nice place
Guest：Cannot praise the value of this property enough. Staff were exceedingly accommodating. Grounds were more than we could have hoped for. Property has a beautiful set up for relaxation or being social. Great location. I will absolutely be recommending it to anyone staying in the area.
