  • Guest：From check in to check out it was fabulous. Pools, breakfast, late night cocktails, oh and the Quattro leche cake was delicious !! Pool side villa was so comfortable, fireplace was great for December evenings. Thank you staff Well done
  • Guest：Pool area was quiet and nice but lack of staff around main pool made for lack of cleaning at second hottub.
  • Guest：The phones were not working in the rooms and this was not communicated consistently to guest. Some staff acted surprised while others were upfront about damage caused during renovations I lacked a sense of safety while here
  • Guest：Check-in and David's assistance to my room was great. Room was very recently renovated yet the bathroom door was delaminated (please replace it). You cannot turn on the very big walk-in shower without getting hit with cold water. The stationary glass panel needs to be caulked at the bottom to stop the river/lake in the bathroom.when done showering. The gym was a disaster; old yoga mats piled everywhere, TV remotes not marked for which TV they worked though that didn't matter since the TV wss not hooked to any service provider. Power went off, with several hours notice from 11:00pm to 3:00 am one night. Maybe one day this will.be a nice hotel but that is not today and I feel I was grossly overcharged for the place.
