Guest：The room was clean overall, and the staff was pleasant. I would have loved a better variety of breakfast. The pancake maker was down for the 2 days I stayed, and I would have loved some juice with my breakfast. Only water or coffee was available, and when it was time for me to check out, housekeeping was knocking at 10 a.m. I was not happy about that. I felt rushed when my time to check out was at 11 a.m. So when I’m ready to check out, I speak to someone in the front; all I got was, “Well, some people leave without letting the front know.” My question is why are you knocking at 10 a.m. if my checkout is at 11 a.m.? You should be checking after 11 a.m. It was frustrating because I was in the shower, and it seemed like I got rushed, and it didn’t feel right. I won’t come back, unfortunately. But overall, it’s clean.
Guest：Almost everything was excellent except the shower. It was way too slippery and there was no body soap. Also, for breakfast, there was no cut fresh fruit or granola.
Guest：The room was very noisy due to traffic passing by won't stay on the second floor if I stay there again. The room was okay, not as clean as I like it. I DON’T understand why the hotel didn't get the room security codes fixed. It was inconvenient as I had to be walked to my room by hotel personnel each time I came out of the room.
Guest：I enjoyed the stay. I would have enjoyed it better if there was a laundry room to clean your clothes at. I work in the morning,so it would be nice to have clean clothes and if the juice machine worked in the place where we can get breakfast. It was broke
