Guest：Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I was allocated an interconnecting room, which I was not aware of at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, noise from the adjoining room continued until around 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for me to fall asleep. The noise then started again at approximately 6:00 a.m., further affecting my rest. I would appreciate it if you could kindly advise why an interconnecting room was assigned, especially when the neighboring room was occupied by guests unknown to me. In addition, I would like to highlight some concerns regarding room hygiene. I noticed hair in several areas of the room, and there were also blood stains on the pillowcase, which was quite concerning. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe it will help improve the comfort and experience of future guests. I look forward to your kind attention to these matters.
