  • Guest：Very good location for food and shopping or transfer to places. Staffs Are very polite, nice and helpful.
  • Guest：The hotel is in ok condition as it is relatively new, customer service barely speaks any english, the frontdesk male staff has this very rude attitude when I requested for early checkin, refusing to give us an earlier room. the hotel is FULLY BOOKED and you will be able to see many people checking in and out every morning. Rooms are very dusty and understaffed with the cleaning staff, left the room in the morning 9.00am and came back around 4.00pm and the room is still not freshen up, staff are stretched to the limit and no additional help for the staff. Horrible experience overall. the rooms are also super noisy from the trains passing by, do not book t his hotel if you want a quiet peaceful night's sleep
