Guest：Staff was great. Check in was easy and quick. Room was clean. Had no issues
Guest：Things were clean. Shuttle from airport was a bit slow due to snowstorm and bad road conditions. They only have one shuttle so if you miss it you have to wait another 30 minutes or so for it to come back around

S/O to Debbie who had a ton of stuff going on but yet when I had to go back downstairs for the 3rd time because my key card wasn’t working, she took the time to rectify the situation and got someone up there to help me immediately. The customer service was EXCELLENT! I will be back soon!
Guest：Found out we couldn’t take our carry on luggage on the plans. Had to check it and pay an extra fee. Airlines keep changing things and adding extra fee to just make money. Very aggravating
