  • Guest：First off, parking was OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive…if you accepted what the front desk offered. Walk a block or two and the price was half that of the hotel. Otherwise, pleasant lobby, nice fast elevator, and, most importantly, very dog friendly. The room—we, of course, had been ‘elevated’ to a deluxe ‘king’ (i.e., the odd room at the end of the hall, that refused to layout the way others did—was adequate at best. The heating system malfunctioned and the room stayed at a toasty 80o. Good water and hot water. Excellent calzone restaurant right outside the door (and I don’t think much of calzones generally). Wacky guests, of course. It was difficult to take Elsie, our GSD, ‘out’ when necessary from the 17th floor, though eventually she loved riding the elevator and learned to press the call button in no time.

  • Guest：the hotel was clean, love the old feel to it. my only compliment the staff when we checked in was not very friendly but the men working the parking were really nice.
  • Guest：The room was not clean and prepared for us the workers did a horrible job the night before with service and directing us to have a beautiful stay
