Guest：Perfect hotel location inside the train station building. Very convenient if you’re travelling using shinkansen. The room is big and clean. Staff also very friendly and welcoming. Bus stop to Zao Onsen also here.
Guest：The location was absolutely unbeatable—right inside the train station, making it incredibly convenient! Surrounded by a wide variety of food options both within and outside the station, it’s a food lover’s dream. The staff were friendly, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again whenever I’m in town!
Guest：The room is spacious with good view. The location is excellent as there is access to the JR station and the mall inside the hotel.
Guest：Great location directly connected to Yamagata station. My room was at the South wing which seemed new. The room is on the small side for 2 adults but has everything we needed, was pleasantly surprised with the handy steam iron! There are 2 x coin laundry at South Tower level 2; vending machines; microwave oven. Ice machine on several floors. The front desk staff were helpful, they allowed us check-in before 3pm and helped make a reservation at Yamagyu restaurant, really appreciated their help. The location is really convenient with the taxi stand and bus terminal right in front. Lots of food options around it.
