  • Guest：I am extremely satisfied with the service provided, and the staff were very friendly. One of them, V, was especially helpful and professional. I truly felt welcomed, happy, and excited. The room was spacious, and the view from the coffee house was fantastic! which was the most important part for me! The location is also convenient, with easy access to other places in town. *************, I give it a 10/10!

Room is clean, quiet, big with good layout, very big bed, beautifully quality furnished like a boutique hotel & very well maintained; has a dressing table with mirror, 1 pc 2-way light switch behind bed pillow, love the safe box, big umbrella but no bathrobe, has very good balcony valley-view at a level higher than KK Hotel but Mt Fansipan cannot seen except from the roof top, get live CNA on smart TV's YouTube, good wifi, ample power points, good water pressure with very hot shower-water but do not fully on this rain shower as its water will off-shoot to ceiling & bounce on to wash basin, air-heater is not big enough for this big room. Very welcoming & warm staffs, received a welcome back fruit platter, buffet breakfast is 6:30 to 9am, Daisy is very friendly, & hotel's own travel officer Duyen has vast knowledge on Sapa with good contacts and is honest & always helpful. Has good housekeeping too. Hotel has many restaurants very close by and is also close to Sun Plaza. Thanks to the management & Duyen for my very pleasant stay.
  • Guest：We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It’s in a perfect location — right in the main Sapa area, close to shops, cafes, and popular spots. The place is very clean, from the lobby to the rooms, and everything feels well taken care of. The breakfast buffet was also a nice touch, with plenty of choices to start the day right. I also appreciate that they have an elevator, which makes moving around so much easier. Overall, a great experience and definitely a hotel I’d recommend to anyone visiting Sapa!
