Guest：Buen hotel, nuevo excelentes instalaciones y personal muy amable. Muy buena ubicación. Excelente relación precio calidad. El desayuno variado, comida fresca y de calidad. Para una ciudad del interior de Turquía es calidad y moderno. El personal se esfuerza en ayudar. Es necesario más personal q hable inglés.

Guest：Having used Dedeman hotels for over 25 years I was surprised that the food service had been subcontracted to a firm with no menus, no pricing policy, demanding cash at time of service. Food quality was terrible and only slightly improved with a complaint to the General Manager. Room AC not working - room was changed but inconvenient This will be the last time I use a Dedeman hotel anywhere which is a shame after such long good service Clear policy of reducing service levels to increase profits with no regard for customer service levels
Guest：I have stayed at Istanbul dedeman before and that one was great. The hotel as a CHAIN is 5 start but this one was more like 3. I’m not sure if there’s many great hotels to stay in the area as it’s the middle of nowhere so maybe if you look at it that way it’s ok. Room was decent although there were stains on the floors. Bed was comfy. Wi-Fi is good although it wasn’t working when we first got there. They advertise the place as having a great fitness center but apparently it was under construction when I got there. Although I think they were lying because Turks don’t care all that much about fitness soooooo I’m pretty sure they were constructing anything. The front desk was RUDE. Food was super mediocre. It was all kind of eh.
