Guest：We were first given a room with a leaking bathroom, but after reporting it to the receptionist, the issue was handled quickly and we were given a replacement room. The hotel was comfortable, with plenty of kid-friendly facilities. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent—every hotel staff member we passed always greeted us with a smile. The only downside was that we had requested an anniversary message on the mirror via the app, but it wasn’t done. Other than that, if we ever come back to Garut, this hotel would definitely be our top choice.
