Guest：Rooms are outdated. Indoor pool we couldn’t access with children and it was extremely disappointing
Guest：Many facilities need to be refurbished a lot mainly small over looked details but over all a decent stay
Guest：The property is very nice, however gives the impression of OLD-WORLD w/ the decor All services were excellent, the rooms can use some upgrades Especially the bathroom & shower need handrails for the senior population and safety !!!
Guest：The staff were certainly not warm and welcoming. Not one smile from the lady that checked us in, she seemed very stressed. The room was freezing cold. I called maintenance and front desk several times, when he finally came, he said it was because it was old. The water from the shower was barely a trickle. Also, on day of checkout, 11am housekeeper knocked on room door telling us we would charged an extra night if we did not leave immediately. We were not impressed, we used to frequent this property but we will not return, there are far nicer, welcoming hotels in the area. I am also a Wyndham Diamond member.
