Guest：Perfect for the night before our transatlantic flight. Convenient, free airport shuttle, choice of restaurants, nice bar. We were very happy
Guest：Nice hotel in a secure location… something you definitely need in Johannesburg as this an area that really feels unsafe for the best part. I would only ever stay here for a 1 night stopover or transit not much else. The rooms were very nice and always clean. For the most part staff were also nice with the exception of breakfast / restaurant staff …. The only thing these ladies were interested in were the tips… found this totally off putting considering we’d already fully paid for breakfast. Tips are optional last I knew and offered for a great level of service not when you haven’t even had the chance to look at the menu or place your order. Maybe teach the staff some level of service then ask for a tip.

Guest：The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately we had rooms right above the reception which was an open rotunda and early in the morning they were vacuuming, polishing the floors and talking loudly which woke us up.
