Guest：Dinners were best meals at 3 restaurants but need more veg options. Also every night cockroaches were in bathroom. Service is not as good as One and Only
Guest：The grounds were clean and spectacular, and the room was fantastic. We had a garden with a partial ocean view, which was very private. We loved the different pools, restaurants, great drinks, and excellent food. The staff were outstanding, the service was superb, (the bellman Arnulfo [blue eyes] was helpful and stepped up to help out with transportation). Housekeeping noticed that we were celebrating a birthday, and they had a pleasant surprise in the room, complete with balloons and a "Happy Birthday" sign. That made the day even more special; it was just beautiful! Can't wait to go back.
Guest：Let’s start with the good. I have zero complaints on service or food, both fantastic especially for such a large resort. Which leads to the bad, coming from a smaller Mandarinia it felt like we were stepping back 20 years in time at the four seasons The resort felt crowded and like a big convention hotel, especially at the pools and the entire property felt 2 generations behind in design and quality. The rooms minus the tvs are not salvageable and they would be better off just tearing the whole resort down and starting fresh with less rooms and larger pools. If I owned such a nice piece of land I would spend hundreds of millions of dollars and completely start over. The staff uniforms are outdated and also the beach chairs. I cannot explain what a drop off it is coming here from Mandarinia.
Guest：We stayed in an oceanfront pool suite for 6 nights over Dia de Los Muertos. The room was spacious and had 2 bathrooms. The beach is lovely and swimmable most of the time. We had a wonderful couples massage. I had my hair done at the salon which didn’t go super well but the manager quickly took care of things. The food was delicious and the Dia de Los Muertos culinary event was amazing with a fabulous mariachi band. We had dinner at the Asian restaurant one night which was fine for sushi. Breakfasts were fantastic and they even made us breakfast boxes to go for golf which were delicious! The staff and management go above and beyond. The housekeepers were excellent and I loved how they hung up my bathing suits on hangers. We used Puerto Vallarta adventures which is on-site to go to Marietta’s Islands on a private trip and we loved that experience. You can book direct with them rather than going through the hotel. The adult pool was not our favorite. It is like a concrete jungle with no view of the ocean. The lazy river was fun for floating and the bartenders at the lazy river were excellent. The views from the main pool are beautiful Special call out to Octavia and Gilberto who made our stay extra special!
