Guest：Location perfect; potential - outstanding. Staff, were excellent but there weren’t enough of them on a public holiday weekend. (Waiting for a table at breakfast, because the staff were rushed of their feet stocking buffet - no time to clear tables). Also, be careful of the petite rooms. Frosted glass window, and a shower that you have to squeeze into. The shower head hit me (I’m 1.85m) in the head, and the room was tiny and tired. Positively, spotlessly clean, and a very willing and helpful staff.
Guest：I liked most quiet, privacy and safety during morning and night, however our room was next to the stairs, people going up and down, maybe next time we will book 1 suite will be better away from stairs. Regarding food, was excellent, kind staffs, polites and very professionals especially the blond staff who served us the night of Friday 12th of July 2024, I give him 5 stars about his politeness and kindness.
Guest：Great location and friendly staff, but the room itself could have been cleaner. Strangely, the bed wasn’t attached to the headboard, so it rolled away every time I moved, causing interrupted sleep.
Guest：Stayed here a few times and everything was really nice, gardens are very pretty, good food, soft bed, nice views. Fire places in Winter. Then we were given a back room, tiny, no ventilation except if you left the common verandah room door open all night. Fridge hummed all night, bed was hard, bathroom needed a good bleach. View of facilities at the back. So sadly you need to do the upgrade to better rooms otherwise it's terrible.
