Guest：We stayed in room no 1206 the room was clean. Staff Tamil & Amritha are good at their work. We went for my daughter's first birthday and it was memorable. They provided baby food on the request which made my day. Pradeep was so helpful in the dining.
Guest：I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.
Guest：Property is nice and good to roam around. checkin/checkout is smooth.They do have option for few activities for kids. Food is extremely expensive even from the standard of 5 star. food quality is just ok. recommended - Take food at club Mahindra which is just the next property and had great food at reasonable price.
Guest：We enjoyed our two nights at Sterling Munnar in January. Highlights of the stay were outdoor activities, beautiful location/views, and food. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner daily. Some of the staff members were excellent and went above and beyond. Prabha, the activities coordinator, did an excellent job helping us do outdoor activities like zip line, Burma bridge, spider wall, trampoline, archery, ATV, etc. Prabha is a friendly and fun guy and we appreciated him! We also appreciated Bala for kindly and carefully managing our luggage and taking us back and forth in cart. Karthick and other members of kitchen staff were very helpful as well. Buffets were well managed and food quality was great. Game room and outdoor play area were also enjoyed by my kids. I would’ve liked to see better evening program. DJ night wasn’t enjoyed by anyone as far as I saw. Bonfire night was better. A show or live music would be nice (we enjoyed that at Sterling Mount Abu and Sterling Udaipur). I took away one star because of the extremely poor condition of the road to the hotel, disorganized housekeeping service (we had no towels at one point and had to call 3 times to get towels), and also because some front desk staff seemed poorly trained and had difficulty understanding simple questions about amenities and towels and laundry. Only other downside is far location from most attractions around Munnar.
