Guest：Went during school holidays, the kids love the activities here! We booked the large room and they were in love with the large whirlpool too! Staff were helpful and very attentive to our needs! Will love to be back again!
Guest：We really enjoyed our stay at Natra Resort. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming—we were always greeted with warm smiles, which made a big difference. The complimentary buffet breakfast was a great bonus. Food and spa services are on the pricier side, but the resort is fully self-contained, so you don’t really need to go elsewhere. Complimentary buggy services around the resort were very convenient, and they also offer activities, spa packages, and taxi services. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely return.
