  • Guest：Hotel was fine , service great also , Food is ok the buffet but not good the signature restaurants availability , out of 5 nights we used them just 3 , every time you want to book they were packed on reservation , and they open 1-2 restaurants at night,,then the other 2 where closed , when the hotel was full , also those guys on kayaks selling **** don’t let you use the ocean with privacy , complete unacceptable
  • Guest：Everything was fantastic. The staff, rooms, amenities and food were just top notch. It was my first stay at Riu in over 25 years of traveling to Jamaica and I will definitely go back. The entertainment was wonderful and I especially enjoyed the Michael Jackson show.
