Guest：Central hotel with great views Very central hotel, not far from the ferry, close to the centre of town and all the restaurants. Think all the rooms had views of the quay.
Guest：We spent one night in this hotel before taking the ferry back to Ireland. The hotel has reserved parking and is ideally located being very close to the ferry terminal while at the same time within easy walking distance of the town centre (with excellent shopping). in addition, just accross the square from the hotel there was a Carrefour Hypermarket so we were able to top up our supplies of beer, wine and other necessities. We were welcomed to the hotel by very friendly and helpful staff at reception who indicated where we could get a small meal close by as it was just outside the normal period for lunch. We stayed in a Junior Suite on the sixth floor which had an excellent view of the inner port area, where a nice Swedish sailing ship was berthed, as well as a view over the city centre. The room was comfortable with plenty of power points, comfortable bed and good shower. As we were tired, we decided to dine in the hotel restaurant that evening where we had a nice relaxing meal. All in all this was a most enjoyable experience.

I would go as far as saying this is the Flagship Mercure. Other Managers should take note. Nothing was too much to ask, I needed some milk for the room so I phoned down and milk was instantly delivered at no extra charge - thank you. Great for my coffee. A wonderful Suite. So nice to come to France. I thought I must write a review as the whole team certainly deserve it. I can see how hard everyone has worked - I love the Christmas decorations! Amazing. Thank you
