Guest：Booking system worked well, however on arrival we were told that the pool facility was closed during our stay! This was our sole reason for choosing this hotel! Don’t choose Holiday Inn if you’re looking for pool facilities. On the positive the parking is free. It’s fairly close to Lego land.
Guest：I Have stayed in a few Holiday inn with mixed reviews but I really enjoyed my stay here. From the outside it looks a bit tired as a lot of them do but once inside I was pleasantly surprised . Staff very welcoming and friendly . Room very clean and tidy , the bed was one of the softest and most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a while . Breakfast excellent best yet for a holiday in well managed by the young man on there credit to him and a good choice to eat which was a nice surprise .3 types of eggs and fresh bread you cut yourself rather than the usual cardboard they serve . Didn’t use the gym but look fairly decent and there’s a pool . Plenty of parking and close to town . I really a very pleasant stay would go back
Guest：We enjoyed our stay here as part of a legoland treat for our sons 5th birthday. The staff were fantastic, friendly and and very kind. The kids loved the pool. The facilities were clean and we felt safely protected with the covid protocols they had in place. Again the staff were fantastic and we will definitely stay here again.
Guest：We went to this Toby inn on Monday 18th September at 1950 hrs and were informed that they only had turkey available on the carvery, as no delivery c comes on a Monday. This was not want we wanted. Surely they should make sure they have a choice. We left and went to the Toby Inn at Old Windsor and had a good choice and good service.
