  • Guest：The Mantra Club Croc hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies at the bar. The room was really spacious and clean. The pool area was lovely too. The location is slightly further out from the centre of Airlie Beach. You can walk within 20 minutes and a local bus stops right outside. However your right next to a retail park with a Coles and other food options.
  • Guest：酒店离艾尔利滩稍微有点远，但旁边有coles超市，也有快餐和一点别的吃的。我住了两天，没有客房打扫，垃圾不太好处理。住的第一晚在房间发现了澳洲大蟑螂，顺着窗帘爬去桌子上去吃我剩下没处理的食物，挺吓人的。一瓶滚珠驱虫水都用光才勉强把蟑螂限制在了离我床比较远的地方。第二天去找酒店要杀虫剂，工作人员挺好的，主动跟着我来房间处理蟑螂，找了一圈没找到在哪儿，就把杀虫剂留给我先走了，第二天睡之前杀虫剂喷了一屋子，没再见到大蟑螂身影了。

  • Guest：Overall was a good stay however, we were given a room that had a shower which kept flooding the bathroom. We alerted reception of this issue twice on separate days and all they could offer us was extra towels because our stay was too short. On the first day maintenance was sent to our room but they completely missed the issue causing the bathroom to flood, missing the massive pile of towels on the floor and instead replaced a seal that didn’t need to be fixed? That night when we got back and used the shower, the flooding was worse and spread beyond the bathroom almost reaching the bed and once again we were just offered extra towels. Not sure how long this has been an issue but you can tell it has been on going as the floorboards around the bathroom are all creaky. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay. The location is good, 10 minutes drive to Airlie beach with 50c bus stop close by, 45 minute walk along a nice boardwalk. Restaurant is good, nice pool and air conditioned gym. Also important to note that there is no house keeping for shorter stays.
