  • Guest：The hotel is beautiful. But they didn't have available the room we booked. Staff offered to give us a discount in our next stay and we didn't get it.
  • Guest：Clean room,!staff very helpful, near stores & restaurants, good breakfast but the room that has a bench for shower is a mess after you use it. Curtains short so water is out on the bathroom floors.
  • Guest：The Starr and rooms were excellent, no complaints about that. However we weren’t aware of the tournament for kids and having ten running in the hallways out of control was annoying .
  • Guest：The receptionist was excellent and thoughtful of our concerns and kind. The employees were polite, greeting us, all requests were met. On the other hand, the place is old, falling apart, bugs by the microwave, leaking fridge, dirty coffee pot, and stinky faucet water. Swimming pool walls are slimy.
