  • Guest：Everything was in proper order for a 5star hotel.
  • Guest：Staff was very nice. Club room had great food and beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay very much.
  • Guest：The breakfast was good although coffee machine was not working. Room’s toilet was not working properly and staff at the pool made our life very difficult asking us to take our shoes off and wear swimsuits to go near the pool area. Even grandparents that wanted to see their grandkids at the pool. My mother slipped because of their policy. Annoying and inconvenient. It got really frustrating.
  • Guest：We have been coming to the InterContinental in Medellin for many years. The staff has always been superb! Helpful and kind. The facility itself needs a facelift. It is starting to show its age and seems a little rundown. Still, we will continue to visit the InterContinental when we are in Medellin.
