  • Guest：非常满意，房间面积较宽敞，入住可以自助操作很简单。位置和大本钟离得非常近，可以步行前往。周围有地铁站还有waterloo火车站方便出行。还有公交车可以做，去西区看剧也算方便。从塔桥附近的hilton double tree搬过来，一对比这里真的是太好了。而且还可以自己做饭，楼下采购也很方便，浴室也不错。
  • Guest：The room came with kitchenette. The cleaning service is every two days. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable (especially Paul). This has been my favorite hotel for the past 3 years and counting.
