Guest：We stayed in building 10 The rooms are nice but the bed was hard and we had a room with a connecting door and you could hear your neighbor and therefore found ourselves whispering for privacy. Also the air unit comes in right next to the TV and it was very loud. Otherwise, The property is in a great location, it has beautiful views with lots of amenities and very friendly staff.
Guest：We spent our Christmas holiday at Mountain Loft, and despite the area being extremely busy, the resort offered a peaceful retreat where we could relax and enjoy time with family. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and their convenient texting system made it easy to request assistance—responses were quick whenever we needed something including Christmas Day. We loved the on-site amenities, including free mini-golf, the campfire, and the heated indoor/outdoor pool at the clubhouse. The outdoor hot tub was fantastic, though the indoor one wasn’t quite as warm. Our accommodations included a three-bedroom townhouse (two units) for five adults and one child. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchens were well-stocked for preparing meals. There were a few areas that could be improved. The two-bedroom unit, which sleeps six, only had enough living room seating for five—a couch and two chairs that we had to reposition to watch TV. The primary bedroom and bathroom in that unit were upstairs, where the walk-in shower was located. The one-bedroom unit had its bedroom on the main floor, but its bathroom featured a very deep jetted tub, which was difficult for my parents to use. They preferred staying downstairs rather than in the upstairs bedroom of the two-bedroom unit. The second bedroom, with two twin beds, was perfect for my nephew and me, but it was quite cold due to drafty windows. We couldn’t increase the heat without making the rest of the unit uncomfortably warm. Unfortunately, my dad slipped in the bathroom the night before we were scheduled to leave, which resulted in an emergency room visit. Angel, the night manager, kindly extended our stay by one night so he could rest before the long drive home—a gesture we deeply appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and plan to return to Mountain Loft, though at a different time of year to avoid the crowds. Next time, we’ll research the room layouts more carefully to ensure they’re suitable for my parents.
Guest：The hotel rooms are great sizes. I love that there are elevators for people with disabilities. The pools are great too, but there’s one problem. The air conditioners are so loud. I was sleeping and the air conditioner blasts on so loud in the middle of the night.
Guest：This was our first time staying at a BlueGreen Resort and we were impressed! The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. There is an outdoor and an indoor heated pool which were both clean. The hot tubs were nice too. The 18-hole mini-golf course was very fun! The resort is not too far away from all the attractions.
