Guest：The staff is very nice the room is clean breakfast was awesome and the bar the only problem is the wifi 30 mi Utes limit a day you need to buy your own data at this hotel but other than that is ok
Guest：We stayed one night here and the first room we were given absolutely smelt of dog! It was disgusting. Yes the hotel did move us to another room but they couldn't guarantee another dog had not been in the next room, as dogs can stay in any rooms rather than having a fairer policy where dogs are allocated certain rooms. So it was pot luck that our second room was ok. But this policy is not fair for all paying customers as not everyone wants to sleep in a room where a dog has been! This is not hygienic and what about customers who are allergic to dogs? To please all customers there should be only certain allocated rooms for dogs and only dog owners who bring their dogs to the hotel should stay in those rooms. We will not stay at any Travelodge in the future unless their dog policy changes. Its Premier Inn from now on.
Guest：This is a very convenient location. Maybe too much so as the bed bugs seem to like it. I came home and realised that I had a rash after I stayed 3 nights. It’s my first encounter with bed bugs and rash they leave is unmistakeable. I emailed the central team / called the hotel and emailed twice. Mainly because I don’t want anyone else in room 112 until they sort the problem. Apart from that the staff were polite and doing a good job but the management don’t know how to respond to this.

The atmosphere throughout the hotel was refined, welcoming, and impeccably maintained! I would especially like to recognise Thav, whose gracious, attentive, and welcoming manner truly stood out. Thav’s professionalism and kindness made me feel immediately at ease and added a personal touch that elevated my stay to an unforgettable level. This hotel exemplifies excellence in service, and I would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others seeking a truly distinguished experience! Thank you again!
