  • Guest：Excellent. Spotlessly clean, spacious room and bathroom .Very comfortable bed. Great value for money and will definitely stay here again next time we go on a theatre visit
  • Guest：Having stayed here a few times we were a bit disappointed with the room we were given To say it was cozy would be an understatement With just enough room to squeeze round the bed,one chair,four coat hangers and nowhere to store suitcases without tripping over them It was a good job I didn’t bring the cat as I couldn’t have swung it Location of the hotel is great and the staff are friendly and we’ve always enjoyed staying here Coincidentally you can now pay to choose your room but in this case we didn’t Perhaps we were on the naughty list
  • Guest：Keycards a big problem constantly having to ask for another or locked out etc … management need to address this problem immediately there was a que at reception at one time of people exchanging keycards for new ones
  • Guest：I live local & have been put off by the outside view of this hotel for 3 years. This is a perfect example of "don't judge a book by its cover. It's the cleanest travel lodge I have ever stayed in & I have stayed in a few around the UK. Well done team Llandudno you guys have achieved above & beyond here just keep on doing what you are doing.
