  • Guest：This is an inexpensive hotel near Victoria Falls, compared to a lot of the hotels in the area. The staff was very customer friendly and helpful. They always treated you with respect and kindness. The rooms were very clean as was the hotel and property.
  • Guest：This hotel was our saviour after 36 hours of travelling. We were rejected entering Botswana so needed a night to stay in Livingstone while we sorted paperwork. We were tired and feral literally arriving without notice and enquiring on 2 rooms. Cannot commend Ireen at reception enough who was so calm and helpful in our stressed out crazy. The value of this hotel is excellent and includes a very good buffet breakfast. We decompressed by the pool and had amazing service from Raymond who also helped us again with Ireen on checkout. The rooms were absolutely fine. Pool and food brilliant. But the staff make this hotel and I commend their kindness joy and professionalism. Thank you for being there for us team!
  • Guest：We arrived in a really distressed state from a refused border entry at Botswana. Ireen and the front office staff acted swiftly, calming us down and finding us too rooms immediately. Clean, big, good air con. Fridge, good bathroom and tv. Good pool. Snacks and bar available in pool area, reasonably priced.Raymond in the bar was super efficient and helpful.
  • Guest：This is a fine hotel, but not quite up to Marriott standards. Although we had non-smoking rooms in two different parts of the hotel, we could smell smoke several times throughout our stay in our rooms. We ate at the restaurant, and some of the food was great, and some was OK. We did not get sick on the food. This hotel was conveniently located for doing the Devil's pool.
