  • Guest：Staff and everyone was so amazing special thank you to the animation team they are really funny and helpful special shout outs to bob and zolooo and sam best animation people ever they are great and helpful best animation boss ever sam is and bob is really caring and really funny and very helpful thank you very much and zolooo is very funny and kind towards us and the staff in the restaurant are very kind n good and again bob very kind and nice my favourite person on the animation team he is very very kind and funny he is the best we had so much fun here

  • Guest：Rooms were tidy when we arrived although very dated and limited items and amenities in the room, towels are taken every morning by the maids but are never returned without prompting. Toilet roll is extremely hard to come by and can never get hold of, my wife was in need of a fridge as her medication needs to be refrigerated but when we arrived our fridge did not work and we made this complaint everyday for a new fridge which took them 6 days to replace!! Most staff are very friendly but you do have some staff that look at you funny and generally not nice. The local amenities is what keeps the rating for this hotel half decent otherwise without these I do not think it would be as highly praised as it is. The all inclusive bar is very empty and drinks are very limited, options for food is also very limited as they cook the same meals every day. My wife also had an accident where she fell over and sprained her ankle and she required a wheelchair but they never got her one, when asked and asked and asked but still never got one, eventually they gave us a walker!!! And told her to sit on that, which I think is very unprofessional and unaccomadating, but the fellas who work in the shop in the hotel are very friendly and are happy to help, whilst I was here I witnessed 1 staff member stealing phones from the guest and as I went to report this to the hotel manager he told me his staff do not steal it’s the guests!!! And he called me a liar, overall it is very unprofessional although this man who stole phones worked in entertainment I then reported it to entertainment manager and he fired him on the spot as he understood our concerns and was very accommodating. The one thing I can say is that the night manager at reception is exceptional as he went above and beyond to help my wife with her ankle he even went to the pharmacy to buy her elastic bandages! overall we haven’t had the best of times here and I’m very unsure if I would return to this hotel.
