Guest：We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything went perfectly from start to finish. The rooms are spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, right by the beach, which made our stay even more special. The facilities are very good and offer everything you might need for a relaxing and convenient stay. On top of that, the staff truly deserves five stars — friendly, professional, and always helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
Guest：Bluebay is the very best! Excellent service and the staff are outstanding. They are always there with a big smile and a personal touch. The food is delicious, the Spa offers great massages and many other professional treatments. Lots of activities are organized by the hotel for free. I love the aqua gym and the village walk is also a great experience. I have tried many other accommodations in Zanzibar but Bluebay is by far the very best! You can't get any closer to paradise.... I'll be back:-)
Guest：The hotel was very good and the reception is friendly. There are two billiard tables next to the billiard tables is a café and the café has every day at 4:00 pm a little snack buffet. And there is a bar too, with a lot of drinks. The hotel provides a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner. And there is even a conference room! There is every day from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm live music. The hotel is at the beach and there are two pools. Room: There is a house( not too big ) with four separate rooms. The room was good each room has a balcony. All in one: super!!!!
Guest：Upon check-in we were told we had no access to the a la carte restaurants, just the buffet (and no lunch), but could upgrade to all inclusive for $70 per day including the a la carte restaurants and alcohol. This sounded like a good deal and so we went for it. It did give us access to 1 dinner in each of 3 a la carte restaurants and access to a disappointing list of pretty bad drinks — to get a decent glass of wine or cocktail, we needed to pay full price. Even an ice-cream cone was extra! The staff here are the shining jewel, doing everything they can to make the stay pleasant. We travel a lot and were surprised at the business model and would suggest the resort opt for either a pay as you go model or an all inclusive model — not this hybrid. The setting is idyllic, the staff marvellous, but the constant “that costs extra” took the shine off.
