Guest：Food was delicious. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Would highly recommend paying extra for a private ride
Guest：yes. Super friendly staff poorly managed. Need new middle management in restaurants. Rodney, our waiter was extrordinary.
Guest：The pictures of the oceanfront view are totally misleading. Our room was not even close to "as advertised" though an upgraded room was very spacious and comfortable. I believe ******* switched us from the room I had been preparing to book to a lesser room when they offered the "stay + flight" package which meant the price looked great but I didn't realize we weren't getting the room I was trying to book. Food options were limited at BH. We were unaware of the "sister resort" (Alexandra) and shuttle situation until we arrived. It was nice to have more options but hourly shuttles and 15 minutes each way were not ideal. Apparently none of the pools in T&C are heated so there was virtually no one in any pool at either resort as the water was too cold. The resort is small and cozy which is nice for an uncrowded and relaxing stay if that's what you seek.
