  • Guest：All of these pictures of this place are fake. It does not look like this. It is run down, old and falling apart. The shades are frayed and don’t block out the stage light shining directly into the rooms. Elevator was scary. The lady at the front desk was the nicest part of our experience.
  • Guest：The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and patient, especially considering we were a large group. The only drawback was that the walk to the hotel was somewhat inconvenient. However, we easily took the bus from the train station to the hotel and arranged transportation to the cruise port without any issues.
  • Guest：The ladies checking us in were so helpful to store all of our luggage until time to get in room. Amazing staff going above and beyond to get us taxis to the cruise port! We would definitely stay again!!
