Guest：My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing and did not match the expectations set during the booking process. Firstly, the hotel states that it is not couple-friendly, but this was never mentioned during the reservation. This led to uncomfortable and inappropriate questions from the staff at check-in, which was unprofessional and unnecessary. Additionally, the food quality was below average. Neither the buffet nor the in-room dining options were enjoyable, which was quite disheartening. The staff interaction overall was not pleasant. Instead of offering polite and helpful service, some staff members attempted to engage in conversations that felt irrelevant and uncomfortable. The hotel definitely needs to improve its professionalism in terms of staff behavior and communication. Overall, I expected a more comfortable and welcoming experience. There is significant room for improvement in both service quality and management.
