Guest：I think i booked deluxe room, during holidays. i didnt get room with nature /garden view. The hallway was so loud i can hear the people walking and fixing on next door. Its beautiful hotel but it requires a lot of fixing, the gym, the wellness spa which tagaytay /batangas are knowned . The roofdeck jacuzzi is not fixed, white walls turned into yellow . But i still love the vibe. I love nature , gardens.
Guest：Not clean. The cr has bad smell when flashing the toilet.
Guest：Room was dusty and the manager was quite rude.
Guest：I know this is just 3 star hotel but they should still make an effort to make the rooms clean. The bathroom is not clean, the toilet sit keeps on moving when you do your business. Some part of the room seems to have a stain (algae). The sliding door on our balcony does not lock, we just have to improvise. The room smells a bit. Our tv does not have a working channel.
