Guest：Room was clean and big. Pool chairs not enough for the amount of people. We were 2 adults and were given a room next to a family with very noisy kids. Room planing should be a little more thoughtful, maybe keep adults only on the top floors and families on the lower floors. A/C not cool enough. Very good location.
Guest：People tend to reserve the beach chairs all day long and none of these are available for other groups when are needed. The hotel has very strict policies on not having their waitress serving on some specific areas of the beach (in front of the hotel)
Guest：We like this hotel because of their friendly staff, the area and the swimming pools. But this hotel needs to remodel their rooms and fix their elevators. Elevators were a huge problem, long waits and saw so many people frustrated. Last time we were in this hotel was like 5 years ago and they had the same issues with the elevators but this time it was worst.
Guest：Some front desk staff and managers were a bit aloof, the air conditioning in the room was noisy and did not cool the room adequately, shower facility in the room is nice but extremely slippery
