  • Guest：Quaint boutique, but noisy Very noisy outside and in the hotel. Someone was talking on the phone in the hallway at 1 am and it sounded like they were in our room. They set up and take down the sidewalk seating area for the cafe early in the morning and at night which is very noisy
  • Guest：Nice room with comfy bed and good shower and towels. TV had very poor reception so couldn’t really use it. Mostly quiet at night but at times there was quite a lot of noise from other room and corridors. Most staff were lovely. The young lady at reception was very helpful, and the chambermaid, the bar and restaurant staff. The hotel was a bit disappointing as we were expecting a historic place full of character. The signage outside was tacky and the bar area was modern with plastic seats. We’d expected a more traditional place. The lobby area had some sort of air purifier smell which was unpleasant. On departure we were able to store our luggage a few hours which was helpful.
