  • Guest：Very attentive and friendly staff by the restaurant. We head a few hiccups, like a dirty kettle in our room but it was sorted within a short space of time. We will definitely go back without thinking twice.................................
  • Guest：First time to Clarens and start of our holiday. Hotel is in an excellent position with an easy stroll to the restaurants and shops of this beautiful town. Make sure to book a room at the front of the hotel ,though more expensive but well worth for the stunning views from the balcony. Staff are helpful and food options at breakfast good. Parking secure.Would definitely return again.
