Guest：Firstly starting with the positives. The hotel has a wonderful swimming pool, the beds were comfortable and clean and the buffet breakfast is huge. Most of the staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating. The shuttle service provided to the beach is very handy when it runs properly/you know where to meet it. Location is good if you have a car. Now for the downsides. The hotel itself is quite tired in multiple aspects. Carpet is dirty and stained throughout the hotel. The bathroom fan sounds like a jet plane about to take off so you can’t use the bathroom during the night without waking anyone up. The light switches looked like they may blow at any time. There was no elevator so had to lug suitcases up the stairs.

Guest：No good Old hotel that feels not clean, smell of dump in the room, leaking air conditioning and broken toilet seat, seems that there is not interest to provide costumers with comfort , although the staff seems attentive and nice.
Guest：What can I say, we had a wonderful time in Sardinia at this hotel. The staff were all so friendly, cheerful and helpful and extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had B&B and the selection for breakfast was huge, if I had any complaint it would be that the cappuccino was not very hot and was always lukewarm. We had dinner one night in the hotel and whilst the choices were a little limited the quality of the food was exceptional. A lovely small hotel, very quaint and possibly due for a repaint and tidy up, but we had a lovely holiday there.
