With its distinguished facade and carefully restored interior the hotel immediately regained its status as a focal point of elegant hospitality. Upon arrival you are greeted by a soaring central atrium that rises six floors at its base a huge decorative mosaic flows across the lobby floor echoing the art nouveau period and providing a breathtaking centrepiece. Spacious rooms and suites are a stylish places to dwell and enjoy the utmost comfort and service including the exclusive Executive Lounge. The hotel houses superb opportunities for dining including Caviar and Bull Brasserie and Atrium. It is also home to the opulent Royal Spa which like the hotel has been restored to its original splendour to offer state of the art spa facilities and treatments. Facilities include a 15-metre swimming pool several relaxation areas saunas steam baths jacuzzis a fitness room and a variety of therapeutic and massage treatments. Access to the Royal Spa is not included in the room rate of the Superior rooms only from higher room categories. The hotel allows guests under the age of 16 accompanied by an adult to use the pool and spa tub from 9 am to 3 pm only.   • Guest：We really appreciated our stay at Corinthia. We got an early check in and the front desk associate upgraded our room to a deluxe. The room is spacious and the bed felt like a cloud. We stayed at the hotel for a special occasion and the hotel sent a bottle of sparkling wine and cake up to our room which made it even more special. The hotel is very well located near tram, metro and bus. Plenty of restaurants around. It was a very good experience and we’ll for sure stay at the same hotel if we ever come back to budapest.
  • Guest：All round the Corinthia Budapest is a great hotel with good prices and excellent service from very friendly employees throughout the hotel. Excellent spar. Relaxed lounge areas. The bedroom on fifth floor was very nice clean and comfortable. The heating system is set at a high temperature which can become quite uncomfortable in the middle of the night. Loved the Christmas decorations and Christmas Sunday brunch with free flowing beverages.? Very tasty food in the restaurant. The only issues we would highlight is the problem with the hotel being so big that the breakfast restaurant gets very crowded with delayed self service causing the food to become cold by time you sit down. This is also due to many guests leaving the Bain Marie food service warmer lids open as they are rushing to get food. Also the coffee is machines are not good quality or require servicing as the coffee was warm or cold once milk or cream was added. This was the case everyday over 5 days we never got a hot coffee.? Hot food and drinks are very important and this was unfortunately the only let down during our stay.? Hence the reason for a lower review score.? Aside from this I would recommend the hotel.
  • Guest：The hotel is a wonderful experience to stay in particular if you appreciate historical flair. Definitively the spa and swimming pool is a great place to visit. It was included in our room category, but for other room rates may not include it and you need to pay for the spa and swimming pool. The personal was very kind and helpful! Breakfast was wonderful as well, however, the served coffee at the breakfast was terrible. It was not only on one day but seems to be a general feature. I wonder why this five star location does not invest in a high level coffee facility. But at least the room had a small pad coffee machine which allowed to have a good coffee! The general experience in this hotel was exceptional!
