Guest：This was one of the better "charm" hotels we stayed in and it's location was very close to the town square and many restaurants and bars which was also a plus. The breakfast was basic but good, tea was available all hours, and staff were friendly.
Guest：Excellent location, friendly staff and nice rooms. Just suggest you ask for a room off the street side, it was noisy at times, otherwise strongly recommend.
Guest：Well situated for city centre, just by the cathedral square and shopping area, but you may have to walk to it as there is no vehicular drop off outside the hotel. The main floors are reached by a small 4 person (with luggage) lift from reception, however, some rooms are reached by a small flight of steps from the main floors. The rooms are arranged a large central oval space, so guests in the restaurant/ reception level talking loudly can be heard in all rooms. The rooms are large with good storage space, 2 double beds, a safe, TV (Spanish channels only), wonky table and chairs and a large bathroom with a really small bath, but shower was good. However, a lot of sockets were loose in the walls, the lights not being particularly bright, compared to the Lima hotels. Breakfast is taken by reception is mainly a continental style but a few types of hot eggs were available and items were only slowly replaced as they ran out. We ate out in the local area as there are many cafes/restaurants about.
Guest：The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange for laundry and airport transportation. The hot water is great, but not always available (depends on usage). The rooms were very clean as well.
