Al llegar al hotel, no encontraban mi reserva y cuando finalmente la ubicaron me informan que debía cancelar un impuesto; les expliqué que mi reserva decía impuestos incluidos y al hacer check out, cargaron el valor indicando que los impuestos a que se refería la plataforma eran los de la misma, más no los del hotel. Sería bueno que la plataforma advirtiera qué clase de impuestos incluye y cuáles no, para evitar inconvenientes y las personas tengan claro el valor total de su estadía.
  • Guest：Les salle de bain son antiques. 1e soir pas plus dormir du bruit de la plomberie. Le lendemain il m ont changer ma chambre sans compensation. Les dejeuner et resto tres bien , mais les chambre dates. Ils ont un probleme de pression d eau. Meme la nouvelle chambre difficile les toilette evacue l eau. Je reviendrais manger pas dormir.
