  • Guest：A lovely location. Easy-going staff. The beach off the hotel is a real gem (warm, crystal clear water). Breakfast is simple and similar to other Sardinia hotels - plenty of choice.
  • Guest：Nice location. Friendly personele. Classic room clean and lange and nice beds. Vreakdast is very foodprocessor and the 4 course diner excellent.
  • Guest：Considering the cost of a stay at your hotel. The beds are too hard, decorative order is low more like 3 star, charging 2 euros gor a coffee pod is mean and ridiculous. The shuttle service is inadequate if you want yo attack people without cars. The food is good, however is often pretentious. Wine Mark up is ridiculous. While I am used to restaurant high markups on wine, you charge 45 euros for a local wine that can be purchased for 11 Euro, that is robbery. The food service is often more akin to controlled mayhem rather that an efficiant service. However your house keeping team and front of desk staff are brilliant and you Resturant team equally so, coping as I see with a lack of trained staff and erratic kitchen. Your location and grounds are beautiful but do not make up for yhe short comming considering your charges. I am comparing you against a 5 start cruise with Cunard, 5 star hotel in Barbados, 5 star hotel in Hawaii all of which cost around the same as the stay with you. Based on these experiences you are not 5 star.
  • Guest：Property was stunning, beautiful beach and views. Food was sub-par, often times cold. A butter knife to cut a steak? They say it's 5 star dining but it's not. Locals get treated very well, if you aren't Italian you don't get friendly treatment. Ther staff in the dining hall were very judgemental and at times snobbish. The main two managers in the dining hall were very unkind and at times would snub you. We paid a hefty price to come to this hotel, all the way from Canada. Save your money and don't eat at the hotel. Food was very cold at times and very salty. I found plastic wrap in my soup and a hair in my scrambled eggs. No one said anything about it. You are harshly judged. It's not a 5 star, more a 3 at best.
