  • Guest：The location is good. A lot of affordable, clean (malay food beside the hotel) and tasty food around. It is also near to Larkin Sentral for those people who want to go KL via Bus. Plus, a laundromat that is 24/7. Hotel staff is nice and nothing much to say. They are busy working and making sure everyone is well accommodated and safe. On the other hand, some of the other hotel guest are not following the rules. I always inhale cigarette smoke whenever someone is smoking. So I had to open my door for 10mins to release smokey air. Most of my day, I saw some cigarette puff and ash on the public toilet. On a positive note, everything is okay. Convenient for solo traveller and can save a lot of money.?

  • Guest：Terrible experience! The only good thing is it’s near Larkin Bus Station. They asked for a RM100 deposit without providing any receipts. The bathroom drain leaks all over the floor, and the room was extremely hot with a weak wall fan and no window. No hair dryer, no toilet paper, no water bottle, and some bathrooms didn’t even have shampoo or body wash. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, and the whole place looked clean only because of the bright yellow lights—but it’s actually filthy. The night staff were rude, aggressive, and totally unprofessional. No phone in the room for emergencies. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
