Guest：Our balcony looked out to the roof of the hotel main entrance including many air conditioning units and various industrial equipment. There are additional resort and parking fees automatically charged whether or not you park a vehicle. You have to follow up to be sure the parking isn’t charged with the front desk staff who obviously deal with this issue a lot and have limited patience for the questions. The walls are thin and the comings and goings of others are loud.
Guest：The balcony view was nice. The customer service was exceptional. Convenient to the beach and local restaurants.
Guest：Great view if the beach from the room. All staff was happy to see us there and friendly . Our new favorite place to stay in Galveston .
Guest：Our stay was pleasant but our reservation was initially for conjoined rooms but upon arrival we were told the rooms were not available. After further investigation, the rooms were available but after an additional $50 charge. We found this disappointing and unfortunate but paid since we had little kids that necessiated the rooms.
